Some products are created, printed, customised or prepared specifically after you place your order.

🎨 Product Images & Variations

We try our best to show our products as accurately as possible. However, the product you receive may have small variations from the images displayed on our website.

These differences may happen because of:

• Photography and lighting
• Image editing
• Your phone, laptop or monitor display
• Screen brightness and colour settings
• Different materials and surfaces
• Printing methods and production processes

Minor variations in colour, brightness, print appearance, placement or finish are normal and will not automatically be considered a defect.

📝 Placing an Order

When you place an order with GiRLiT, you agree that the information provided by you is accurate and complete.

For customised and personalised orders, placing the order also confirms your acceptance of the Customisation, Uploaded Content & Design Usage terms stated on this page.

Please make sure your:

• Name is correct
• Phone number is active
• Email address is correct
• Delivery address is complete and accurate
• Selected product details are correct

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, failed deliveries or cancellation of your order.

💳 Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on GiRLiT are subject to change without prior notice unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The final payable amount will be shown during checkout.

We may offer different payment options, including:

• Online prepaid payments
• UPI payments
• Cards or other supported payment methods
• Partial Cash on Delivery, where available

Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment providers.

GiRLiT does not intentionally store your complete card or banking credentials on its own systems.

💸 Partial COD Orders

For selected orders, GiRLiT may offer a Partial COD payment option.

This means a part of the order value is paid in advance, while the remaining amount is collected at the time of delivery.

⏰ Order Cancellation

Changed your mind? It happens 😭

You can request cancellation within 60 minutes of placing your order.

After this window, your order may already enter processing, printing, production or dispatch preparation.

Once production or processing has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Please refer to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy for complete details regarding cancellation refunds and applicable deductions.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

We work with third-party courier and logistics partners to deliver your order.

Estimated delivery timelines shown on our website or communicated to you are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates unless specifically stated otherwise.

Delivery may sometimes be affected by:

• Courier delays
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Operational disruptions
• Remote delivery locations
• Incorrect address details
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

🚪 Refused, Undelivered & RTO Orders

If your order is returned to us because it was refused, intentionally rejected or could not be delivered due to customer-related reasons, the order may not be eligible for a refund.

Customer-related reasons may include:

• Refusing the order at delivery
• Providing an incorrect or incomplete address
• Repeated failure to accept delivery
• Being unavailable despite delivery attempts
• Requesting cancellation after dispatch
• Other avoidable delivery failures caused by the customer

Re-dispatch options and applicable charges will be governed by our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

🎁 Offers, Discounts & Coupon Codes

From time to time, GiRLiT may offer discounts, promotional codes, free gifts or special offers.

Unless specifically stated otherwise:

• Offers cannot be exchanged for cash
• Offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless allowed
• Coupon codes may have expiry dates or usage limits
• Some products or collections may be excluded
• Offers may be modified or withdrawn where legally permitted

Any attempt to misuse coupon codes, promotions or offers may result in cancellation of the order.

🖼️ Custom & Personalised Products

Some GiRLiT products are created specifically based on the information, image, text, design or artwork provided by you.

For custom or personalised products, you are responsible for checking all submitted details before placing the order.

This includes checking:

• Spelling
• Names
• Dates
• Phone model or product selection
• Uploaded images or artwork
• Design preferences

Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

📸 Customisation, Uploaded Content & Design Usage

GiRLiT offers customisation services where customers can upload images, artwork, illustrations, graphics, text or other creative content to create personalised products.

By uploading or submitting content for customisation and placing an order, you confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions or authority to use and submit that content to GiRLiT.

🎨 Use of Submitted Designs

As part of operating, demonstrating and showcasing our customisation service, GiRLiT may use submitted non-human design artwork in product previews, mock-ups, GIFs, examples, catalogues, website displays and other visual representations of our customisation service.

This may include illustrations, graphics, patterns, artwork, animals, objects, landscapes, decorative elements and other designs that do not depict an identifiable real person.

By placing a customisation order, you grant GiRLiT permission to reproduce, adapt, display and use such submitted non-human design content for the purposes described above, subject to applicable intellectual property laws and third-party rights.

🌐 Designs From Public Sources

Customers may submit designs or artwork found on public platforms such as Pinterest, Instagram or other websites as inspiration or for customisation.

GiRLiT may display, adapt or offer designs sourced from publicly available platforms, customer-submitted inspiration or designs created by GiRLiT where we have the necessary rights, permission or other lawful basis to do so.

The fact that a design is publicly available does not by itself mean that GiRLiT claims ownership of the underlying third-party artwork. Where third-party intellectual property rights apply, GiRLiT will use such content only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

📱 Customisation Previews & GIFs

Some images displayed on our website may be digital mock-ups, GIFs, product previews or other visual examples created using previous customisation designs.

These previews are intended to demonstrate how our customisation service works and may be created from designs submitted by customers or designs otherwise available to GiRLiT for lawful use.

A design appearing in a preview, catalogue or customisation example does not necessarily mean that the exact same product is currently available as a standard ready-to-buy design.

⚠️ Customer Responsibility

You remain responsible for the content you submit and confirm that your submission does not:

• Infringe another person's intellectual property rights
• Violate another person's privacy or publicity rights
• Contain unlawful or fraudulent material
• Contain prohibited or harmful content
• Use another person's photograph or likeness without appropriate permission

GiRLiT may refuse, remove or decline to reproduce content where we reasonably believe that doing so could violate applicable law or third-party rights.

By placing a customisation order, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms regarding the submission, processing and permitted use of customisation content.

📂 Your Uploaded Content

If you upload images, artwork, text, logos or other content to create a custom product, you confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions or authority to use and submit that content.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Infringes another person's intellectual property rights
• Is unlawful or fraudulent
• Violates the rights or privacy of another person
• Contains harmful or prohibited content

You remain responsible for the content you submit.

We may use uploaded content as reasonably necessary to process, manufacture, produce, customise and fulfil your order.

Any permitted public or promotional use of submitted content is governed by the Customisation, Uploaded Content & Design Usage section above.

💔 Damaged, Defective or Wrong Products

If something genuinely goes wrong, we want to know about it.

Claims relating to:

• Damaged products
• Manufacturing defects
• Wrong products
• Wrong variants sent due to our error

must be raised according to the process and timelines mentioned in our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

A complete unboxing video and clear photos may be required to verify your claim.

🚫 Personal Preference Isn't a Product Defect

We totally understand that sometimes you receive something and think, “Hmm… this isn't what I imagined.” 😭

However, personal preference alone does not automatically make a product defective.

Returns, exchanges or refunds may not be available simply because:

• You don't like the design after delivery
• You expected something different
• You ordered the wrong size or model
• You selected the wrong variant
• The product looks slightly different due to normal colour or print variation

🕵️ Fraud, Abuse & Suspicious Activity

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action where we reasonably believe there has been:

• Fraudulent activity
• Payment abuse
• Repeated order refusal
• False damage or replacement claims
• Coupon or promotional abuse
• Attempts to manipulate our systems
• Any other suspicious or unlawful activity

This may include cancelling an order, restricting future purchases or taking other action permitted by applicable law.
